Creating a consistent space for foster and adopted teens

We recognize that some of our teens are not in a consistent home. This means they do not always have consistent meals, friends, or even bedroom decorations. Our events run about 10-12 times a month, giving teens a consistent place where they receive well rounded meals, one-on-one and community attention, and the creative freedom to make the space their own. We even have pet goats for the teens who don’t have access to a furry friend at home!

From hands-on projects to conversations around good food, our program has become a source of rest and nourishment for our demographic.

Teen Camp Out

Once a month in the summer, we host a campout at the garden. Many of our teens had never slept in a tent before attending one of our camps. There, we do stargazing, bonfires and all the things that make us feel connected to each other in nature. $30 will sponsor a teen for a campout and $120 will ensure that a teen can attend all of our scheduled camps this summer!

Teen Grounding Program- Friday Nights

Every Friday, we meet at Rainbow’s Mosaic for our garden to grill program. Teens can expect to work in the garden, play with our baby goats and eat whatever meals we’ve decided on as a group the week before. When you donate $20, you sponsor a teen to come to program for a week. $80 per month will cover them for the entire month! One time or recurring payments welcome.
